United We Paint

United We Paint, Drawing

United We Paint Mayor's Choice Award
In this “United We Paint” drawing, I imagined a world where even a child can help shape the values of freedom, peace, and justice. I painted a young boy gently coloring the blindfold of the Statue of Liberty with the American flag. It represents how each new generation contributes to the vision of a fair and united society. This art piece was made with mix of water color and color pencil. It demonstrates multiculturalism and the shared hope that everyone, no matter their background, has the power to bring light, love, and change to our community.
